Building and Classroms/Lecture Halls
The college has triple story building. The classrooms are well ventilated with latest technology and educational aids like LCD projectors, overhead projectors, computers, etc which are used to make teaching learning experience more interesting and whole some. There are separate sections for B.Sc. (Basic), B.Sc. (Post Basic), G.N.M. and A.N.M. students.
Laboratories
College has spacious modern equipped laboratories on all subjects of nursing where the students develop their skills and learn from easy to complex. We have large Fundamental lab where dummies and up to date equipments are available for students to learn the principles of nursing care similarly we have Nutrition lab where students are taught about nutritional value of foods, likewise also having other labs such as Maternal and Child Health Nursing lab., science lab. (Anatomy & Physiology and Microbiology lab.), Community Health Nursing lab. and Computer lab
Library & Reading Room
A Well equipped library is one of the pillars of progressive forward looking education system. The college has a well-stocked library equipped with latest medical books of all specialties & journals including international journals.
The library also subscribes numbers of newspapers and other documents material for the students to develop their awareness about national & international affairs. The library subscribes electronic library system, audio-visual aids etc.
Auditorium and Conference Room
College is also having the auditorium and conference room where the conferences and meetings are held. Debates and declamation contests are regularly held in the college. Last but not the least the college also provides other facilities like: Photostat facility, Telephone facility and Internet facility:
Student can use internet to enhance their knowledge and toknow latest technologies and research in the field of nursing. Open air theater Transport facility. Canteen facility and Stationary Shop Facility
Hostel Facilities
The college possesses very good Separate Hostel Facility available for both boys & Girls within the campus. There is round the clock security, electricity supply with generator. The hostel rooms are well ventilated and fitted with tiles. Reading table, chairs, beds, matrices, fans, cupboards are provided in the rooms. Also having attached bathrooms and store rooms. There is common room with TV and indoor games for recreation and entertainment of the students.
There is sick room where medical help is available. The hostel have spacious neat and clean and hygienic mess with sitting capacity of 100 students at a time. Nutritious and hygienic food is served to the students at reasonable cost. Hot and cold water supply facility is also there. There are water dispenses fitted with RO which provides safe drinking water. Hostel is kept clean by the sweepers. Outdoor games and lush green lawns are part of the campus. The college is also having the guest room and rooms for NRI students.
CLINICAL TRAINING FACILITIES
Keeping pace with the modern development Mother Mary’s Institute of Nursing having permission from the concerned authorities to have clinical training of their students from reputed private & government hospital where the latest equipments, techniques are available and students get international type of exposure in the hospitals. The college is also having 100 bedded parent hospital as per the requirements of the field experience of the students in the respective subjects.
The college is coming up in every field and achieving its goals and making name in the field of nursing not only in Punjab but also globally. This all is due to tireless efforts of our teaching staff, students and whole hearted cooperation of management.
